Ridged Stoneware Tumbler & Utensil Cup, Midnight Blue & Amber

Deep and moody like the ocean at dusk, this wheel-thrown stoneware cup is wrapped in fine throwing rings that catch the light all the way around.

The exterior glaze breaks from dark chocolate brown into misty blue-gray speckles, so the surface shifts like water as you turn it. Inside, a warm, glossy amber glaze glows against the darker outside.

Use it as a handleless tumbler for coffee, tea, or water, or let it keep everyday things close at hand: pens and scissors on your desk, makeup brushes on the vanity, or small kitchen tools by the stove. It also makes a lovely little vase for a few garden stems.
