Every order is packed by hand in my Idaho studio and shipped with care.

Processing time

Ready-to-ship pieces ship within 2 to 3 business days.
Made-to-order and custom pieces usually take about 2 weeks before they ship. The product page will say when a piece is made to order.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping: $8
Express shipping: $15
Free standard shipping on orders over $100

You'll see the final shipping cost at checkout before you pay. I currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking

Orders ship with tracking. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

How I pack your pottery

Every piece is wrapped in protective padding and double-boxed, with a cushion of space between the inner and outer box, so it can handle the trip.

If your order arrives broken

It doesn't happen often, but pottery can be damaged in transit. Send me photos of the item and the packaging within 7 days of delivery through the Contact page. I'll send a replacement or a full refund, and you won't need to send the broken piece back.
